GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Puhatu Marketing Systems OÜ ("Service Provider", "we", "us") and the client ("User", "you")
We provide marketing automation and business tools based on the GoHighLevel platform.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
We provide clients with access to a variety of marketing and sales tools, including but not limited to:
- CRM system
- Automated emails, SMS, calls
- Sales funnels and campaigns
- Calendar and appointment booking
- Invoicing and payment tools
- Websites and landing pages
- Membership platforms and communities
- Content and chat-based AI tools
- Analytics and reporting
- Services may be offered as monthly subscriptions or custom agreements.
USE OF SERVICE
The User confirms that:
Services will be used in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable EU regulations (including GDPR).
Services will not be used for illegal or unethical purposes (spamming, phishing, malware, etc.).
When collecting and processing data, the User is responsible for complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content made available through the service—including software, design, text, and graphics—is owned by or licensed to Puhatu Marketing Systems OÜ.
Any unauthorized use, copying or distribution is prohibited.
PRICING AND BILLING
Service pricing is provided either publicly on our website or via custom quotes.
Billing occurs monthly, annually, or as agreed.
The Service Provider has the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices.
All prices are in euros and may include VAT depending on the client’s legal status.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Services may be terminated by either party with prior notice (typically 30 days).
We reserve the right to immediately suspend the service if:
The user violates these Terms
Service usage threatens platform security or third-party rights
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our services are provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Puhatu Marketing Systems OÜ is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, except where required by law.

Any disputes will be resolved preferably through negotiation, or in Harju County Court if necessary.
